Can O. P. Dafiaghor, Esq. Maintain an Action in Copyright Infringement?

DNL has just been served with a letter of demand for compensation by “Acquitas Chambers” acting on behalf of a certain O.P Dafiaghor, Esq. who is claiming compensation for an alleged copyright infringement and intellectual property theft.

The demand is in respect of DNL Legal & Style  blog with caption: “Lawyers’ Useful Tips: Do Not Issue A “NOTICE TO QUIT On Expired Tenancy”

Apart from the article being posted for the purpose of expanding legal knowledge, the source of the post was duly acknowledged and referenced (pictures and name included).

Without making further propositions, can this action be sustained?
