Download the newly amended Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners (RPC) as approved by the Bar Council on May 15, 2023.
The new RPC takes effect from 1st Jan 2024 and contains the Guidelines on Anti Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.
