A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has nullified the recent amendment to the Rules Of Professional Conduct for lawyers (RPC) by the Attorney General of the Federation Attorney, Mr. Abubakar Malami SAN
The NBA had in suit with No. FHC/ABJ/CS/77/22 sought an order of the court nullifying the said amendment for not following due process.
Agreeing with the NBA, the honourable court declared the said amendment as a nullity.
