Professor Ernest Ojukwu SAN has commended Mr. Emmanuel Ukala, SAN on his resignation as the Chairman of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) noting that the learned silk is “standing tall against abuse of rule of law by the Highest body of the legal profession”
Ojukwu also took a swipe at the Body of Benchers accusing the august body of measuring below the standards of their initial objectives.
He tweeted:
“Body of Benchers drafted its own Law to take over NBA now accused of interfering with judicial independence/judicial process of the Lawyers Disciplinary Committee. Ukala SAN standing tall against abuse of rule of law by the Highest body of the legal profession. Who shall we run to?”
