The Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association NBA, Orlu Branch, C.D Omekagu-Odumeh, has been reportedly murdered by yet to be identified assassins.
The announcement was made by the Publicity Secretary of the Eastern Bar Forum Mr. Seth Nwokolo in a condolence message to the NBA Orlu Branch.

The Eastern Bar Forum mourns with the Nigerian Bar Association, Orlu Branch on the untimely demise of her very active and dynamic Publicity Secretary, C. D. Omekagu-Odumeh, Esq. whose life was cut short in its prime by the men of the underworld today, the 15th day of September, 2021.
We pray that the Almighty God shall grant the family, the Nigerian Bar Association, Orlu Branch and the Eastern Bar Forum the heart to bear this painful loss.
May his kind soul rest in peace and let perpetual light shine upon him, Amen!
