It was the marriage of the son of one of the Justices of the Supreme Court Justice Paul Adamu Galinje in Jalingo, the Taraba State capital. The Justices of the Supreme Court decided to put serious judicial duties aside to celebrate with their own.

Taraba Lawyers captured the moment in words and in pictures thus:

On the part of the host, we were fully ready as almost all the High Court Judges led by the Chief Judge, Justice Filibus Andetur ensured his brother Judges were all present, not excluding the Customary Court of Appeal Judges, Khadis of the Sharia Court of Appeal and Magistrates who were there in their number. The Jalingo Bar was not left out as the Chairman of the Bar led the learned men down for the occasion. The night kick starter with the former Chairperson of International Federation of Women Lawyers, Taraba State Chapter, former Chairperson of Magistrate Association of Nigeria, Taraba State Chapter and the Chief Registrar of the Taraba State High Court of Justice, Magistrate Clara Kataps giving a highlight of the event before handing over the microphone to the compere of the night, Bar John Odekina who anchored very well with jokes coming from the comedian of the night, M.c Kenzo. There was enough to eat and drink with entertainment from different cultural troupe in Taraba State before the vote of thanks by Justice Filibus Agya.
