Law Students get Grants, Laptops from Foundation

57 Rivers State Law school students have been awarded grants of N120,000 and personal laptops by the O.B. Lulu-Briggs Foundation in the 9th edition of its scholarship program.

The awards were presented at a ceremony graced by dignitaries including, Justice Adolphus Karibi Whyte, High Chief Abiola Ogundokun, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Justice, Barr. Florence Fiberesima, represented by Barr. R. Isokariari, development partners, International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Rivers State, families and friends.

The O.B Lulu-Briggs Foundation  was set up to render selfless service to humanity, adding value to lives, delivering outstanding and proactive social services to local communities, bringing healing, enhancing value for lives and alleviating the suffering of the needy and indigent through community outreach, physical and spiritual guidance and assistance.
