Kwara State High Court has announced Monday, 6th August to Monday 17th September 2018 both days inclusive as the period of the 2018 Annual Court Vacation.
According to the notice issued by the Chief Judge of Kwara State Honourable Justice S.D Kawu the annual vacation is in compliance with the provisions of Order 9 Rule 4 (2) f the Kwara State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2005
Their Lordships S. D. Kawu, Chief Judge, Justice Ì. A. Yusuf and Justice T. S. Umar serve as vacation judges to hear and determine urgent civil and criminal cases during the period of the vacation.
Further, the supporting staff members of the High Court Judges shall take their annual leave during the same period. All Honourable judges are expected to resume work on Tuesday 18th September, 2018.
