Be Committed to Your Academic Pursuit – Justice Adejumo tells Law Students

President of the National Industrial Court, Honourable Justice Babatunde Adejumo OFR has once again shown that he has unwavering interest in the welfare and development of young and aspiring lawyers.

His commitment to the young members of the legal profession is admirable. It was not then a surprise to receive the news of his intention to celebrate the law students who concluded court attachment at the National Industrial Court. The event which was attended by Judges and Staff of the NIC saw Justice Adejumo encouraging and giving fatherly advice to the young aspiring lawyers who would be proceeding to their chambers attachment.

At the send forth party which held on Monday 14th May, 2018 Justice  Adejumo admonished the students to be more committed to their career and encouraged them not to relent in their academic pursuit stressing further that the basis for a good society will be a sound foundation in judicial system and total respect for the rule of law. His Lordship charged the students to be more serious, stressed that they have chosen the best career which requires dedication, sacrifice and commitment to succeed.

Other who attended the event were Hon. Justice E. N. Agbakoba, Hon. Justice O. Y. Anuwe; Hon. Justice R. B. Haastrup, Hon. Justice Sanusi Kado; the Chief Registrar Olurotimi Daudu, Aremo Olanrewaju-Head of Admin, top principal officers and staff.

Justice Adejumo also encouraged the students to return to the court anytime they need assistance on any aspect of their studies.

The NIC made the court attachment a memorable one for the students.
