Unruffled by the booing and assaults on him by some youths who identified themselves as Unionists at the just concluded Gani Fawehinmi Annual Lecture, Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN has shown off the award presented to him by the organizers of the event.
The assault which many in his camp described as orchestrated almost marred the event which has held for the past 14 years.
Chief Ozekhome showcasing the award wrote:
Despite the futile attempts by some hired youths with unruly behaviour to prevent me from entering the venue, i was honoured with an award after my contributory speech.
