Ondo State High Court presided over by Honourable Justice Adegoroye has struck out the Suit challenging the appointment of Olugbenga Omogbemi Edema as OSOPADEC Chairman by the Governor of Ondo State Rotimi Akeredolu SAN.
The suit was struck out after hearing argument from counsel to the Claimant N O K Oke Esq. and Sir Titiloye Charles for the Defendant.
Cost of N25,000 was awarded to the Governor
