The Ogun state judiciary has announced Monday, July 18 as the commencement date for the 2022 annual vacation of the state High Courts.
According to a notice to this effect, the vacation shall continue until Friday, August 26th, 2022, while the new legal year shall commence on Monday, 29th August, 2022.
The legal year service for both Christians and Muslims shall hold on Monday, 19th September, 2022
According to the notice signed by State Chief Judge, Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu, during the vacation, criminal cases would be taken and civil motions requiring urgent attention would also be heard on the application of both parties to the case or their counsel.
