Regular Court Activities resumed Wednesday, 28th September 2022 at the National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN) nationwide. The resumption marked the end of the annual vacation of the court and the beginning of a new legal year, 2022/2023.
Recall that the 2022 annual court vacation notice was announced via a circular signed on July 2022 by the Industrial Court President, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip, Ph.D, FNIALS where it was stated that normal Court sitting shall resume on Wednesday 28th September 2022.
