The Chief Judge of Lagos State, Justice K.O Alogba has directed that all Writs of Summons and other processes which could not be served and or expired during the JUSUN strike should be refiled with their existing Payment Receipts.
This is contained in a circular issued by the Chief Registrar, Mrs. O.A Okunuga. According to the circular, the processes are to be refiled not later than June 30, 2021.
“Consequent upon the disruption of services from 6th April, 2021 to 11th June, 2021, by the JUSUN STRIKE, the Hon.
