On July 16, 2021 Justice Rilwan Aikawa of the Federal High Court upheld the No Case Submission filed against the immediate past President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mr. Paul Usoro SAN by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and consequently discharged and acquitted him.
