The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Honourable Justice John T. Tsoho has amended the resent posting of the Judges of the court.
According to a circular to that effect, Justice Tsoho noted that the amendment became necessary due to some elevation of Justices Bature I. Garfai, Mohammed L. Abubakar and Hassan M. Suleman to the Appellate court as well as the recall of Justice M. N Yunusa.
The above development has replaced the Court’s earlier reshuffling of Judges which took effect in April 12, 2021, however, the circular indicated that the directives on the earlier posting of the judges suffices.
