Registration Opens For The 5th UNN Law Students’ Annual Legal Employability Summit

The University of Nigeria Students’ Bar Association (UNSBA) is an association of Law Students modeled after the Nigerian Bar Association as has the objective of preparing Law Students Towards the path of professional excellence.

It is based on the foregoing that we are glad to announce that annual Legal Employability Summit will hold on Friday 28th August 2020.

This is the 5th Edition of this one of a kind career development program.

The theme of this year’s edition is: The 360 Bar: The Diverse Face of Legal Practice

The main objective and intended result of the program is to provide a platform where students from various Faculties of Law across the country and beyond would gain clarity on the different career opportunities available to them as lawyers and also information about the ethics and hands-on skills required of them in order to be employable in the expanding legal market, and to excel in any given area.

The theme of this year’s edition is unique, as the array of distinguished guests would demonstrate that there are many ways to have a career as a lawyer; whether conventional or contemporary.

It is intended that after the event, participants will have a better understanding of how diversified the practice of law has become. Ultimately, to enable them make better informed career choices and prompt a more focused approach in the pursuit of their goals.
