NBA Commences Distribution of Free Law Pavilion Licenses to Young Lawyers

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has commenced the first phase of the distribution of the free one year subscription of the Law Pavilion Electronic  Law Reports and Legal Research Software.

The above was revealed in a statement issued by the National Publicity Secretary of the NBA Mr.  Kunle Edun.

According to Mr. Edun the the first phase of the provision of “Law Pavilion Electronic Law Reports and Legal Research Software Licenses to Young Lawyers who had paid their Bar practise fee on or before 31st of March, 2020” by the Paul Usoro led administration of the Nigerian Bar Association was carried out today.

The first batch of 6,500 young lawyers were sent their log in details via their verified email addresses. The second phase will continue tomorrow. Beneficiaries of this 1 (one) year free subscription are further enjoined to check the spam folders of their email accounts for their log in details.

Eligible young lawyers who have running Law pavilion subscriptions will have their subscriptions extended by an additional 1 (one) year.

Young lawyers (and indeed all lawyers) who are yet to get verified on the NBA portal are urged to do so by visiting – https://nigerianbar.org.ng/membership-portal.

It would be recalled that Mr. Mr. Usoro SAN had in a statement issued on 10th June, 2020 that the NBA signed a contract with LawPavilion to provide free Licenses to Young Lawyers who had paid their Bar Practice Fees as at 31 March 2020”. Read here
