In a bid to ensure that courts continue to dispense justice during the lockdown period occasioned by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Acting President of the Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice M. B. Dongbam-Mensem has constituted a special panels in the various Court of Appeal Divisions to hear and determine all essential, urgent and time-bound motions and appeals pending in the said Divisions.
