One year after her demise, former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Joseph B. Daudu SAN has said that, living without his wife has been very traumatic.

Daudu SAN stated this in Kaduna on Saturday during the One Year Memorial. Mass for late Barrister (Mrs.) Ranti Bosede Daudu, held at Holy Family Catholic Church, Barnawa Kaduna North local government area.

He however said that the family is consoled by the fact that, his late wife lived a very good life. In an interview with journalists shortly after the mass, the Senior Advocate said, “living without my wife has been traumatic, but living and dying are facts of life. The important thing is that, she lived a very good life, and we are full of prayers for her.

“Her passing away in positive way convinced us that she has gone to rest from the problems of this world. We will continue to pray for her and the souls of the departed and continue with her legacies”.

“As for her charity program, we have ensured that, there is nothing that was being done before that, we don’t do now. In that aspect, the only thing being missed is her physical presence. We are carrying on all that, so that she can be happy wherever she is.” Daudu SAN said.

Speaking further on the legacies of late Mrs. Daudu, her son and the new Chief Executive Officer of All Children Charity International Foundation (ACCIF), Barrister Paul B. Daudu said, his mother’s charity work has continued.

He said, only this year, ACCIF in collaboration with TY Danjuma Foundation has returned 120 school girls in Makarfi local government area of Kaduna State to school with all expenses paid and all school materials provided.
