Mr. Victor Opara is the Principal Partner of Victor Opara Chambers, a triving law firm in Lagos State. He had his primary education at OAU Primary School Ile Ife and had his Secondary School ad Federal Government College Warri, Delta State. He obtained his LLB and LLM at the Obafemi Awolowo University Ife. He is in active legal practice
