The law firm of Jibrin Gunda & Co have issued a letter of demand to Arik Air Limited over the non refund of flight fare paid by 4 young lawyers who took advantage of the Arik Air-NBA collaboration at the 2017 NBA Annual General Conference to book for subsidized flight to Lagos.
Bashir Shuiabu, Hauwa Gunda, Musa Tijani, and Aisha Aliyu Abba paid N40,000 to Arik Air but Arik Air on their part failed to airlift them to Lagos by excluding their catchment Area which is Maiduguri International Airport.
The Law firm has threatened to file a suit against Arik Air in the event that the sum so demanded is not paid within seven days of the issuance of the letter.
